Insurance: Two Coverage Options


HMO
• Associate Only 
• Associate and Spouse 
• Associate and Family 

PPO
• Associate Only

A prescription plan is included in both options. 


Life Insurance 
 • Life Insurance up to $50,000 
• AD&D up to $50,000

Personal Insurance 
• Net of commission to BPJ 

Paid Time Off
 7.5 holidays are scheduled each year. Vacation time is determined by time employed, up to 20 days per year. Seven sick days are given for employees and their immediate family.

Retirement
 Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP): An ESOP contribution plan is designed for each individual employee, and is based on each associates compensation.  Our ESOP owns 100% of BPJ.

Disability 
 Short-term disability is covered for 26 weeks for a maximum of $500 per week. 

Education and Training 
 Each associate is encouraged to increase their insurance knowledge through a variety of continuing education and training courses. The cost is paid by Barker Phillips Jackson.
