Paul Barker Receives Lifetime Achievement Award
Springfield, MO—Paul Barker was honored by the BPJ board and staff at the 2017 Barker Phillips Jackson (BPJ) annual company update meeting. The Lifetime Achievement Award was bestowed to Barker on Friday, April 21 at Highland Springs Country Club.
“Without Paul’s vision and commitment to excellence, BPJ would not be where it is today,” said Tom Montileone, President and CEO of Barker Philips Jackson. “We congratulate him both on this much deserved award, and his many personal and professional achievements thus far.”
With partner Milton Phillips, Paul Barker founded Barker-Phillips in 1960 and merged with Consolidated Jackson Corporation in 1986 — to become Barker Phillips Jackson. They later established satellite locations in Rolla (1989) and West Plains (2014).
Employee-owned, since 1987, Barker Phillips Jackson is one of the largest independent insurance agencies in Southwest Missouri. The firm is headquartered in Springfield, Missouri.
