Contract surety bonds include six types, all of which provide for building and construction projects: Bid Bond, Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Supply Bond, Maintenance Bond, and Subdivision Bond.
This bond, also known as a Litigation bond, is insurance in a lawsuit or court issue to guarantee follow-through on obligations.
These can encompass multiple bonds pertaining to the court system and are often required during a proceeding. It includes Administrator, Appeal, Cost, Guardian, Trustee Surety bonds and more.
This bond covers banks and other financial institutions in employee dishonesty, burglary, robbery, forgery, and other similar crimes.
An agreement, also known as a business bond, which protects businesses and is often required for companies to obtain or maintain many licenses and permits.
Additionally, BPJ is the only National Association of Surety Bond Producers (NASBP) member agency in Southern Missouri.
